We can add your company to our policy and send you proof of insurance the same day you ask. We also meet Florida's workers' compensation rules.
Builders get 30 days to pay. We send one bill per home when the work is done, with the finished photos attached. If you send us 5 or more homes a month, the price drops.
Two days' notice is normal, but we deliberately keep room in the schedule for emergencies. If a closing got moved up or another crew let you down, call us. That is exactly the call we staff for.
Yes, and we are used to it. Send us whatever your purchasing office requires: vendor forms, proof of insurance, tax forms, safety paperwork. We fill it out and send it back quickly. We can also receive our work orders through the scheduling software builders use.
Every interior surface buyer-ready: interior windows, tracks and sills; sticker, label and paint-spot removal; cabinets and drawers inside and out; appliances; bathrooms and fixtures polished; all floors detailed; closets, shelving, air vents dusted; garage swept. Exterior windows and pressure washing are itemized add-ons.
